We want you to love your AURIYA jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be in original, unworn condition

• Original packaging must be included

• Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Items marked as "Final Sale"

• Worn or damaged items

How to Return: Please email returns@auriya.shop with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective. We will respond with return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable service.

Refunds: Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order.
